Hey guys,
This week I pinched a nerve and wasn't able to work out 4/6 days. Anyways, I tracked all my food and only went over 1200 one day because of Valentine's. And I only went over 200 calories!
Today my weight was only down 2 ounces. I'm eating at the level to lose 2 pounds a week and I have been continually losing two pounds a week.
But it's so discouraging when I eat within my level I'm supposed to 6/7 days and still lose nothing.
Is there a reason for that? Should I recalculate what I should eat?

Check your sodium intake. It could easily be water.0

One week? How long did it take you to gain weight? It may take you just as long to lose it. Patience And be kind to yourself! You're doing great.
