CrossFit?

So I'm doing a type of CrossFit class, even though it's not technically CrossFit... But it's a combination of cardio and weights, with a lot of repeated sets, high impact, short bursts. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out about how many calories I burn in the hour that I do that. Is there a good way to do so?
