Hmm It's x rated what my favorite is so I will just share that I like to walk and watch my netflix shows. The time passes so quickly and walking is not as shocking on my ankle as running.

Incline walks, rowing and the mini stepper machine. They're my go to ones for steady state.

I'll only use my stationary bike for intervals, otherwise I will die of boredom.

Runner, though and through. Especially trail running, when the season's right. Cycling and swimming are right up there too.

BOXING! Good for the body, awesome for the brain. And easy to "level" for people with various levels of fitness and strength starting out.

Power walking and golf. When you golf like I do it is also cardio. My husband rides in a cart and I power walk and golf to keep up.

Running (distance, hills, sprints/intervals), biking (outdoor, spin) and swimming. Since tri season is fast approaching, these are pretty much all I do.

I'll get a few weird looks here, but I love treadmill. There is nothing more relaxing than being able to zone out with an audiobook without worrying about cars, other people, animals, loose rocks, weather, bees...etc.

I think hula hooping is the most fun and engaging, but I like running the best because it's a high cal burn in a short amount of time. Just like to get it over with.
