30 day challenge!

hi guys, im hoping to start the 30 day challenge on the 20th February and was hoping some of you guys would join me so we can support and motivate each other.
the challenge consists of squats, crunches, leg raisers, planks and triceps dips.
i am also hoping to do a new challenge every month so mix up my targeted areas.
hopefully a few will join!
