Working of being healthy

I'm tackling the obstacles that hinder my weight loss. Those things are eating out of boredom and portion size. Who would have thought I shouldn't be eating a softball size serving of pasta but rather a hockey puck size. I have also been trying to add exercise into my every day routine. So far I've managed to walk about every other day on my lunch break. But to be honest I have only been at this for two weeks. I loose motivation quickly. I get excited in the beginning and then I loss interest. Hopefully this time it will be different and I can make some lasting changes.
