Should my abz still have after burn after 3-4 days of abs work out?

Also my chest hurts near the tops of my abs is this normal, I did 100 sit ups for the forst time in a long time really pushed my self, so just wanted to know if this is normal, I feel stupid for asking :/

    Yeah, abs are easy to get DOMS in, I think! If some ab thing is new I always feel it there strongly.

    This. When I added ab wheel rollouts I was comically sore for several days.

    Not uncommon for some people to experience doms a few says after. It usually goes away fast if you mimic the same exercise or foam roll. Both are a little more than difficult with abs though.

    So should I do the same abs workout again to ease it up??

    I'd downshift to 25, then 30 the next workout, etc. People have torn muscles and gotten hernias from doing too much abs too soon.

    As the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen. And on the deadlift platform. :+1:
