Any ideas?

I have 2 ligaments popping out of their grooves- 1 in my right shoulder, & 1 in my right hip... Have tried several range of motion exercises, yoga poses, & stretches with no success- any ideas???

    I would try physical therapy... They may have strengthening exercises that target your ligaments. Doing this on your own, or asking the public here may not fix you up...

    My insurance is lame ($6000 deductible)... Since this isn't from an accident or injury, I would probably have to pay out of pocket... PT is not an option... I'm hoping that maybe someone will stumble across this & post links...
