Hello Everyone! I am new here and i have begin to love and learn this app. I have been struggling with weight loss my whole life & now I am trying to take my life by the reins and get into shape. I really have no idea what I am doing my husband has been helping me with the calories and what to eat. But if anyone has tips and trick to eating clean and workouts. I am 5'4" 308lbs and i want to lose 108lbs.0

Lost 20 pounds around this time last year. While on deployment, I lost another 15 with a dramatic loss of inches and fat. At the end of my obligated service I put the weight back on and now want to lose the 20 that "snuck" up on me. Been watching my macros (protein,carbs,fat) and working out 4-5 times/wk. Incorporating HIIT, cardio and weight training for an hour at minimum. Gotta get back into everything. Don't want to have to get rid of clothes that I worked so hard to get into (Size 10). We can do it. Add me if you would like.0

I actually lost 54 since July. You can do it- it's all about fueling your body with nutrients, exercising (this doesn't mean crazy exercise! I walk 3 miles 3 x a week!
