Am I doing enough towards my weight loss?

Hello,
I am on a deficit based it on my TDEE and everyday for past weeks I've been eating under the 2300 goal.
I dropped it buy 100 from 2400 to 2300 when I lost 10lbs.
I always end the day 100-200 cals lower than my daily 2300 goal cause I don't eat back my calories that I end up burning walking during the day and cause I keep a cushion if I had underestimated calories in any food.
Now I'm lifting two days a week and HIIT 3 days a week.
This morning I went to 217.8 lbs from 216.4 lbs from yesterday morning weigh-in - so I started questioning my existence and all lol (I know it varies day to day)
Is there anything else I can be doing or is that good?

If you're weighing all your food so the calorie count is fairly accurate, I think the only other thing you need to do is be patient. You've lost 10lbs, and this morning's slight fluctuation upwards is not necessarily anything to worry about. Bodies fluctuate due to hydration levels, the weight of food in our systems, and probably loads of other factors I'm not intelligent enough to be aware of.0

Daily variation really doesn't tell you or anyone else anything. Long term trends are much more important. If you want to weigh every day, use a weight trend tracking app or site. I use Libra on my droid.
Overall it looks like you are doing what you need to. Don't try to rush things, as tempting as it is, it only results in excessive loss of lean mass and not having the time to establish new eating patterns that will help you maintain your loss. In other words, slower longer loss means a somewhat better chance of maintaining that loss long term.0 -

well since Jan 1- until now I've lost 14 lbs altogether -from 230 down to 216 and today up at 217.8
It's just strange-even if I eat exact same things and wake up like 20 mins earlier than I did yesterday morning and weigh myself at a slight different time -weight changes lol
Yesterday my weigh in was at 6 am and today it was at 5:45 am and everything else before was exactly the same.
I'm writing this down manually but the only weight measurement I really focus or base anything on is Saturday. So every 7 days- that's the one I put any credence into. Every day weigh in is just for jolly purposes lol although it gives a motivation when it hasn't changed from previous day haha0
