Last month, i ate ether boiled sweet potatos or boiled pumpkins everyday. I ate about 500 gram per one time. Now, my skin especially my hand are turning yellow. I have some data that stop eating high vitamin 'A' food will help my skin turning to normal. I want to know how long should I stop eating them and Is there any way to turning my skin to normal faster??

Stop eating them until you skin returns to s normal color. Prob about a month. Drink lots of water. After that, eat them 1-2 times per week.0

Lots of water! And stay away from anything orangey until you feel you have regained a natural colour. Take photos to keep track. Maybe when you do reintroduce them think about maybe 100g instead of 500g...0

You may also want to see your doctor for a liver test just in case.0

When I was a young, new mother of a baby boy, I turned my son orange,so I took him to the doctor and he said "stop feeding him carrots!" His normal colour returned.0
