I was wondering why my daily goal count hasn't gone down with my weight . I figured to keep losing it would go down when my weight goes down. Any thought ?

When I was losing it would prompt me to change my goal every 10 pounds or so. Hopefully it still does that. I am on a full year of maintaining 85 pounds lost, so I am not sure what occurs now. Good luck!0

Have you tried re-entering your new stats? (Like workout amounts, not just weight.) Depending on what you told it, MFP may already have you at what it considers to be a safe deficit. Mine didn't change, either, but I was increasing my workouts as I was losing weight, so I needed more food.0
