I'm a petite 113 lbs hoping to get "bikini fit" Workouts: 90% gym 10% mountain bike 100% gluten free. Here's how I see it....
Challenge- age 45 Solution - Consistency
Challenge- high metabolism Solution - minimum 2000 clean calories (hard)
Challenge-skeletal pain Solution - intermittent heavy weight low slow reps followed by lighter weight high reps
Challenge-injury prone Solution- listen to your body and obey
