Frustration in the first 2 weeks

On week two of working out every day and eating a healthy vegan lifestyle and haven't lost a single pound. It's annoying when you have previously lost a bunch of weight in a quick time (obviously gained it back) and then when you do it the natural way, nothing. But I know I'm being silly and that it's only been two weeks but dang it's frustrating completely changing your eating and exercise routine and not seeing the slightest change. What's your advice on staying motivated in times like this when your frustrated over things that shouldn't matter?

Its still about calories in vs calories out. I've seen fat vegetarians before so if you aren't burning off more than you are taking in you will still gain.
And yes - 2 weeks is still too soon. Make sure you are logging correctly - measuring on a scale vs spoons/cups. Logging everything. Drink at least 64oz water daily. Don't give up!

All of this is frustrating. period. Especially at the start. and at the end. oh, and in the middle..

You can do this.. just keep track of your cals in and cals out. it will happen if you are working at it.
