Joe Wicks Lean in 15

Hi guys,
I am looking to try something new, and Joe's plan is very similar to what I've been doing for a long while now. I am wondering if this plan would work for me as i am already fit and lead a healty lifestyle. I don''t need to lose anymore than 2 -3 kg but i would like to be leaner around my hips area. I use my fitness pal for my meals and have calculated my macros carefully. On a training day, i eat 1548 kcal, 198 carbs, 32 fat and 117 protein. I weight 52 kg at 162 cm height. I do HIIT 5 days a week. It sounds that the plan works for people who give up treats and snacks but that isn''t the case with me. I''m looking to improve my hips and legs for good!
Has anyone with similar lifestyle tried the 90 days plan?
