Is there such a thing as a menu builder?

I'm not very clued up on what foods contain what, so I am after something that can build menus for me. Say I wanted foods containing high amounts of protein in this list, carbs in this list, fats in this list etc etc. Put all together and you have your dinner, Does such an invention exits? To be honest getting rather bored of eating the same things.

    There are so many apps out there, that would be a great one. When I am being super good following my macros I pre log my food and try different combinations until I am happy with the numbers.

    I prelog 2 weeks at a time to keep my sodium in check for medical reasons. I am sure prelogg would help you vary your diet and meet your goals.

    That would be your brain, combined with a food tracker (ie MFP) and some list of foods to get you started, like this one

    There is a site "eat this much" - I may give it a try but the free version only gives you one day at a time
