Need a meat loaf sandwich...

If there's anything I miss, it's a meat loaf sandwich. I've tried turkey and chicken for burgers, etc. I try sandwich skinny's from Aldi's in place of bread. Anyone have a decent turkey loaf recipe that would taste great as an alternative to a good meat loaf sandwich?

This is a great recipe. It uses oatmeal instead of bread crumbs or crackers. You will put less sodium in your meat loaf that way. Maybe try making your sandwich open faced with one piece of bread?

I forgot to mention if you want to cut back on fat you can substitute the equivalent amount of egg substitute or egg whites for the whole eggs.
