How to calculate chicken calories

Hello, so my dad bought some raw skinless chicken and cooked it outside on the grill with only seasoning. To calculate the calories, would you just use the basic grilled chicken entry and weigh it in grams? Thanks!

    (edit: assuming the entry you are looking at is skinless)
