Found in my FB feed today.
A bit over an hour a day seems to be the peak for reducing mortality risk with moderate exercise.
Vigorous exercise wasn't found to be harmful, and actually including some vigorous exercise was correlated with reduced mortality risk - an extra 13% decrease in risk of early mortality with 30 percent of weekly exercise classified as vigorous.
