First timer & on Day 11 :)

Hello, Im almost thru Day 11 and somehow just discovering the community here :) I'd love any suggestions on regulating calories each day. In other words, I currently weigh 170 and im looking to lose 40. im consuming 1,100 calories a day and feel great. Im not craving more and I am exercising 5 x a week. I realize this caloric intake might be low but it feels right. Would love to connect with some motivators as well as id love any suggestions!
