I suggest you read the MFP "Most Helpful Post" at the beginning of this message board
Buy yourself a food scale, weigh everything you eat, log at MFP.
If you eat at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) you will lose body weight
Manage your expectations, remember how long it took you to acquired the extra body weight.
Weight loss is not linear, there will be weeks without a scale movement.
Measure your body ( waist, thighs, wrist). you may see a change there before body weight decrease.
Remember exercise is for fitness and health. Eating at a deficit is for losing weight. You can not out exercise eating too many calories.
