Hello I have recently recovered from anorexia and my bmi is about 22, I realised I have gone too far with putting weight on and look too chubby, well I mostly want to build muscle and lose a little bit of fat does anyone have tips for losing weight and building muscle? Thanks xx

Eat to maintain current weight and lift weights. Also known as body recomposition. A BMI of 22 is fine and honestly your perception of yourself might be slightly skewed because of being a recovering Anorexic (I say recovering, because from what I understand that even once your at a healthy weight it's a constant battle not to relapse).0
