Bulking for Brittany, needs help (not a charitable cause)

So I have been focusing on cutting which was fairly easy. I am down from 34% BF to 19% & a total of 36 lbs including 25 on MFP. I feel great and am only a few pounds away from my ideal weight. So I think it is time to start focusing on bulking. I am already tone but I want to get serious about my muscles! I am pretty dumb to the whole bulking scenario besides what I read on here... I know that you increase your calories and adjust your macros but I am not sure exactly how. Also what kind of routine should I be doing? I currently lift weights twice a week and run 3x. I am assuming I need to slack off of the cardio and lift more? As you can see I have no clue what I am doing.
