Every healthy meal you eat..every time you pass on the junk food..is a step towards a healthier slimmer you...jus sayin..

Losing weight while eating "junk" foods means that I'll know how to handle them when I'm no longer dieting.
Every pound I lose gets me closer to a healthier slimmer me, even if I eat the foods I like and some of those foods are considered "junk" by other people.0 -
No. "Healthy" food doesn't get you closer to skinnier. Calorie deficit gets you there. So enjoy the foods you like in moderation. Those that deprive themselves are more likely to fall off the wagon.

Love my junk food (and sweets) and have not given them up ...work what I want to have into my daily goal each day. You have to do what works for you...for me this is a lifestyle change not a diet and has to be sustainable.
At goal & maintaining for over a year now.
