Greetings

Hello everyone! I am one month into my weight loss journey. I have lost a total of 8 pounds, but have 80 more pounds to go. I hope to continue to stay motivated as it is so easy to fall back into old habits. I love the stories, tips, and camaraderie on here....Looking forward to joining some support groups.

    Well done. I have only just purchased my Garmin and am still trying to get used to the layout etc.

    Well I have been off the grid got a while. In the interim I have gained and lost 30 pounds. It has been a struggle, as the weight is coming off slowly. Right now I see more in inches than pounds. The holidays are quickly approaching and I am worried that I may revert to my old habits.. any tips?

    Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Look at your before pictures when you feel like you're losing control. Try to fit treats in your calorie allotment, but if necessary, eat at maintenance. Move more and enjoy the holidays without the emphasis being so much on the food. Congratulations on your success so far!
