Hey everyone, I've been working out but my results have been not what I would like. If you have any info on how to burn belly fat fast it would be appreciated. Also any advice on how to stop food cravings. Thanks.

  • For cravings, protein is good, just not slathered in fat. Chicken breast in garlic = good, chicken breast in cheese with barbecue sauce = bad.

    Stir-frys are your secret weapon. A great way to fill up on peppers (capsicum), spring onions, pak choi, red onion and beansprouts, adding only a tiny amount of chicken and rice/noodles, and your sauce.

    The secret to any great diet is to learn to cook veg (eg. steaming) because the best way to feel 'full' is to stock up on veg, which is low cal, very good for you, and more versatile than you think. Make it the 'bulk' of what you eat, with some protein and carbs and fat thrown in.
