Body building & fat loss

Hello! I'm actually very interested in learning more about body building, fat loss, and portion sizes. Does anyone have knowledge in these subjects? I'm not just interested in "getting skinny". I want to get fit! I've lost 60lbs since April 2015 and still have at least 40 to go. I'd love all ur help! Thanks a bunch!

    Do you lift, or otherwise have an exercise program?

    Are you using MFP as designed for a calorie and macro goal?

    Are you weighing solids and using appropriate liquid measures for all liquids and logging accurately?

    Those things will be key to any of your stated goals.

    Lift heavy, and limit carbs except post lifting 45 min window.
