New to MFP, Looking to build some muscle & lose fat

Looking for some friends who are in to weight lifting, general nutrition, and weight loss. I'm no stranger to the gym but its been a long while. If I had to prioritize my current goals it would be Diet, building muscle, Cardio, and weight loss. Don't get me wrong I have plenty to lose but lets face it this swimsuit season is already a lost cause.
