I'm personally having a smoothie with some greek yogurt, banana, and frozen mango.

I just got done with vanilla yogurt mixed with some locally sourced granola, and a small bowl of almonds and cheese cubes. So yummy0

black coffee and wheat toast spread with a mix of Smucker's natural creamy peanut butter (no sugar) and Crazy Richard's Pure PB (just powdered partially defatted peanuts), for about 180 calories
The no-sugar in my PB thing isn't for weight loss or health or anything like that. I just don't like sugar in my PB, b/c then it just tastes like sugar, not peanuts. Don't like sugar in my coffee, either. For years I've typically had my coffee with a little milk or cream, but I've noticed lately that if I give it a minute to cool (rather than using the milk to bring it down to a drinkable temperature), I usually like it better black, although some days it tastes too acidic to me, and I go ahead and add the milk or cream.

Good morning! 2 eggs, scrambled with a pinch of black ground pepper on 1 slice of stone ground whole wheat toast and 1/2 a mashed avocado as a nice spread on the toast. Also, a tsp of sriracha for flavor. Followed up with 6 oz. of Dunkin Donuts coffee with fat-free french vanilla creamer.0

I just finished my Body Fortress Protein shake with 1 cup 2% milk. After I get to work I'll also have a Quaker Instant Oatmeal packet, probably Cinnamon & Spice. I get the grazing started early.0

A mini frittata with 2 egg whites+1 whole egg, a smidge of bacon, cheddar and broccoli. Yum. Coffee w/cream and sugar. This will take me right through to dinnertime!0
