Lost weight issues

I started diet one month ago and I lost 3 kilograms only.
My calories is 1200 for a day
And I exercise 6 days a week and burned around 500 calorie daily.
I feel that's bad and I should lost more in a month compared with other people and based on my calorie
Any suggestions

You lost 6 lbs in a month and that isn't good?
1 lbs a week is AWESOME progress. You have almost doubled this.
This isn't a race. You ARE getting there.
Your "feel" meter is WAY off.

You lost 6 pounds in a months time since you started MFP. That is actually a great loss. Weight loss in not linear and just because someone else is eating at your same calorie allotment does not mean they will loose more or less than you..

3 kg is an EXCELLENT loss. Depending on your stats, it may even be quicker than you should go now (as the first week or two is mainly water weight).0
