Good Morning everyone,
I am new here coming from Weight Watchers. Although I found some success on Weight Watchers, I need to change things up a bit so here I am. I need to lose the 20 pounds I put on when I quit smoking which is very difficult for me due to the fact that my metabolism has all but stopped! Between my workouts (I work out daily and practice yoga 3-5 times a week), I can get back to a weight I can live with. Let the games begin!
