I've realized that I'm not living a sedentary lifestyle, I'm actually lightly active, it took me a month to realize this.
I changed my settings to lightly active and now I see more calories!!!!
Why do I have more calories?

Because you're more active and your body needs more calories than someone who actually is sedentary0

Because lightly active means more activity ... more activity means more energy used to maintain that level ... ergo, more calories.0
