Charlotte Crosby belly blitz calories

I was just wondering if anyone knows roughly how many calories the belly blitz dvd burns, it last 57 mins including a 6 min warm up and 7 min cool down. I also do the 10 min extra abs. I've just been counting this as 56 mins of calinesthetics(sp) and it works it out as 413 calories. Any idea if this is about right or too high?
