How does one lose weight when addicted to food....lol..?

I felt the same as you until I started measuring what I consume. I still cant give up coffee!0

Start by just logging your food for a week or two. That will let you see where you can make small changes. You'll learn as you go.0 -
I would suggest starting a program that is proven to work over months and months. There are several good ones out there working for people but following a program or really logging your intake and measuring on a food scale is critical. I personally find intermittent fasting very helpful.0
