Any one... Gluten, dairy, egg, legume free/ low Fodmap?

Hi, for a bunch of medical reasons which amount to IBS and possibly Lymes (still waiting on test results) I am eating (or trying to eat) gluten, dairy, egg, legume free and mostly low Fodmap. I thought it might be heaps easier to have some friends who are eating in a similar way, for support but also for meal ideas... I've also decided to do no coffee for the month of March to see how that effects how I feel (I usually have 2-3 a week but still feel this is too much at the moment). I am really wanting to be well enough to start an exercise studio in April so want this to be successful.
Nb: I'm maintaining as I think my weight is about right. It moves between 54-56kg.
Thanks in advance, Sarah.

Have you heard of the book IBS Free at Last? She also has a cookbook. Quitting coffee is a good idea as the coffee bean is a high FODMAP food (think fiber). My husband suffers terribly from IBS issues & we're still trying to figure things out.0

Thanks. I was diagnosed with IBS 7 years ago. So yes, Ive tried just about every IBS diet/fix/ cook book. Nothing much helps. I usually end up more sick trying to follow them.
