Filling low calorie foods

I typically eat a big salad or veggies with meals to fill up. What do you guys eat that is filling and low in calories?????..........Go!!!!

    Cottage cheese, greek yogourt, carrots, celery, rytiva crackers, etc. :)

    I find those quest bars amazing. I'll be starving and I'll have one (190 cals) and be full for hours X

    Popcorn, water, sparkling water, puffed wheat, puffed millet.

    Chicken, basic chocolate/vanilla ice cream, fish/tuna, beef jerkey, cookie crisp cereal (no milk).
