Help deciding how to start

Hi everyone, I'm 5'1, my ultimate goal is to be 7% body fat, my immediate goal is to lose 40 lbs by end of year, I've done it before however I was single, I went to the gym 5xs a week, had a food journal so I know nutrition and exercise is the best way to lose weight and gain mucsles. I have a since about 7 years ago, sometimes I wanna start stict schedule, find new tasty foods, and eat healthy but it's easier to go drive thur, less messy, but let's cut the bs, it's about both and consistency and dedicated commitment not just for now, for life, help if you had a similar experience if you now are at your 1st or both goals, tell me a little about how you were able to stay focused?I also have mental health problems...I'm looking forward to hear everyone's strengths to overcome struggles#ididit
