3rd shifter eating

I've been a 3rd shift worker for most of my life but it didnt affect my weight until the last couple years. I used to eat from the vending at every break and bring a meal for the "lunch". I was able to cut out vending (except my occasional chocolate craving ill get mms) and I bring a salad for lunch.

My biggest issue now is coming home from work and the urge to eat is high. Ill eat burritos, cookies, a sandwich whatever I can find. I debated back and forth about just going to bed when I get home and try to skip the meal entirely but that seems silly. If I can change my habits at work I should be able to do it at home too. What Im really looking for help with is some breakfast ideas thst I could have ready for when I come home that isnt going to kill my daily calories. Around 300cal or under just to get me through until dinner. Im going to pick up oatmeal and already have eggs (almost always have those). I hate cold cereal. Maybe even an idea of some healthy websites with breakfast or lunch ideas?

Feel free to add me as a friend too. Then you can check out my food diary if youre curious or we can keep encouraging eachother on fitness/nutition goals. Thanks for any help!!

I struggled with eating breakfast. Mostly cause I'm lazy. Then I read somewhere why eat breakfast foods just cause it's breakfast. So I've started warming up and eating leftovers for breakfast. Trying to intake a combo of profile and carbs. Keeps me full and stops the mindless grazing and after work snacking. (12h shift worker)
