I saw the scale start to go down right away...as far as visible changes go, it really depends on how much you have to lose...someone who needs to lose 15 Lbs or something is going to have far more noticeable changes with smaller losses than someone who has 100 Lbs to lose for example.

I have a Pinterest saying pinned that I believe to be true. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for friends and family and 12 weeks for co workers and acquaintances.

I started noticing in the way my clothes fit within a week or so, but then I had a lot to lose (BMI of 32) and held a lot of water weight around my middle area/stomach (which is where I saw the looseness in clothes). It really depends on your own personal circumstances- how much you weigh, how much you have to lose, rate of loss, body type, sodium intake etc.

I noticed most of my biggest changes around 6 weeks and 8-10 lbs lost. I take comparison pictures though and that has really helped me see the changes. Most people are just starting to ask if I'm losing weight.

Wouldn't that depend on your starting weight, caloric deficit, lbs per week lost, and exercise habits?

Takes a week for weight to start dropping. People seldom (never) notice even when I have lost up to 25 lbs. Several times I have lost about 15 lbs (before MFP) with no one noticing. Currently am on lifting program and see changes in fat content/muscle % but just getting going on that so no REALLY noticible changes except me (boy-am I looking good!)-jeans and a T cover things up a lot. Takes a lot of time and, henceforth, patience.

I think people are different. I started my weight loss journey end of December 2015, the scales didn't budge until the end of Jan start of Feb but then I was doing weight lifting so I may have been building muscle or retaining water then it started moving very quickly, I am now what 15lbs down, my body composition is definitely different as clothes are starting to hang on me.
