Compulsive Eating

I would love to hear everyone's tips on overcoming compulsive eating. I spend most of my day obsessing over food and still can't seem to control myself.
My day always seems to start just right with a nice healthy Breakfast. Then after 1:00 things start to unravel. I find myself as I am eating saying "I wish I could stop, I know I should not be eating this/so much" I feel terribly guilty like I am sabotaging myself and I do not enjoy it! It is always the worst while I am cooking! I pick and pick and pick...I am over stuffed before dinner is even in the oven!
When I love eating most is when I have budgeted my calories to have a treat and I really take my time and savor it...best of all it is guilt free!

Don't restrict calories too much, and try different macro and meal splits. Prelog your diary the day before, and try to stick to it.0
