Hey there! I'll like to join if it's not too late... My birthday is the day after you in the 25th I weigh 240 lbs and I've been trying to loose weight since last June and very little progress I'll like to loose ten lbs by my B-Day but really anything is better than nothing! My goal is to be 145-150 but for this year 2016 I just want to loose 40lbs... And I'm way behind! If anyone would like to share some tips with me that would be awesome! I can't wait to see you guys transformation we can do this!0

I started in January at 367. I check in every Monday. At my last check in I was 346. My 30th bday is Nov 5 and my personal goal is like yours to be below 300 by then. I'm certainly ahead of that pace but I've been losing fast and expect it to slow down here pretty soon0

My birthday's a week from today, on 6 March. I won't set a goal for that day, but I will strive to be under 90 kg by the Saturday after your birthday, since I'm a Saturday weigher.

Welcome! Fantastic progress so far! I am confident you can reach your bday goal! If you're anything like me, sometimes you will lose more and sometimes you sit for a couple weeks thinking what you are doing wrong lol but just never give up!!0 -
