Is it time to make a change?

Hello,
This whole week I didn't lose single pound of body weight. Is it time to make a change to my calories?
I'm at 2300 deficit from 3400 TDEE . Last Saturday I was 217lbs and Monday I was 216lbs but now Saturday again I'm at 217lbs. So zero loss in 7 days.
My waist went down 0.7 inches and hips went down 0.5 inches from last Saturday's measurements. That's about it.
My BMR is around 2170 if the formula is to be trusted. Also I did hurt my back this week-so my workouts were not very intense.
What do you guys think?

I think a week is far too short of a timeframe to judge and assess specific results.

lol no but how do I measure progress if not through the weight scale? 1 lbs loss isn't asking for too much is it now.0 -

Measuring it with the scale is fine.
But you don't assess results on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis. Rather, look at the long term trends and make your assessments (and, if necessary, any adjustments) based on that.0 -

Agreed. Give it 2 or 3.

I see- I thought checking it week to week was conservative.0 -

I generally recommend making your assessments and decisions over about 4-6 weeks worth of data. Anything less and you're going to be seeing a lot of statistical noise.
