    5 whole days???

Did you gain it all in 5 days?

5 days is far too short of a timeframe to judge whether a plan is working or not.
  • If your goal was set correctly you're not eating enough!

You should give it at least a couple weeks if not a month on a plan before you know if it's working or not. When I first started working with a trainer I wasn't allowed to weigh myself for a whole month. I ended up losing almost 7 pounds in that month (which is a lot considering I'm only trying to tone).

Also, looking at your diary, you don't seem to be eating enough to consistently burn over 1000 calories a day working out... you're going to burn yourself out really really hardcore. Overtraining is awful, and it will put you out of the gym for a long time if you're not careful. You should be trying to eat back some exercise calories. Burning 1000+calories and only eating 74g of protein is not good, you need that for recovery and you need to eat more fats for hormone balance and carbs for energy.

Firstly, it's good to have patience - don't expect to be losing weight every day (or even every week!) :)

Secondly, you might like to try to log your food/drink intake more accurately. For example, you often have "Generic - Green Shake With Pineapple, 1 glass" for 181 calories. But the amount of calories in this item can vary wildly (you should scan the barcode of the specific one you are using, or if you are making it yourself, enter the actual amounts of ingredients you are using) and "1 glass" is not specific at all, so you could be having three times the calories, for example, without realizing that's what you're doing.
Similarly, "1 banana" or a "chicken breast" can vary a lot in actual size, so if you find that you don't end up losing weight at the rate that you had hoped, you could benefit a lot from weighing your portions to get a more accurate calorie count.

You may want to consider IF(intermittent fasting) I lost 4lbs this past week doing a 48 hour cleanse. You got this!

There is no reason for anyone (OP included) to be trying to decide whether or not he/she should switch plans or methods after only 5 days.

And don't even get me started on 'cleanses', which are total woo.

When anyone mentions 'cleanse' I automatically think of pooping a lot.

So you starved yourself and used the toilet quite often for 48 hours ... not exactly a logical, sustainable weight loss program.

Your exercise burns look vastly exaggerated (20 cals per minute, especially net from exercise, isn't happening). None of your food entries look like they were weighed. It is likely that your log is underestimating your intake while overestimating your burn. Step one is always accurate logging. Without that it is impossible to make informed changes.

Lol, no. You lost water weight and all the stuff you were holding in your colon.

For maintainable FAT loss, not weight loss, you need to eat right to maintain your metabolism and still have a deficit.

Cleanses and "fasting" are all woo.
