Record night eating?

My whol life I've eaten during the night. Even when I was underweight. So it doesn't affect my weight. But, I'm wondering if I should log it anyways? If it doesn't cause problems- should I just not log it? Or..?

    Log it. Food is food and has calories whatever time of day you eat it.

    Log it. Your food diary is your data and you want it to be as complete and accurate as possible so that you can troubleshoot it if you aren't getting the results you expect.

    If your weight isn't moving, your happy where your at, have been at it awhile you don't have to log your food. I could easily not log my food and be fine i just do it for something to do at this point.
