How should I input exercise done on a Total Gym?

I have a total gym and having been using it a couple of times a week. I found this guy Coach Ali with a youtube playlist of total gym workouts. I can't usually stand any of the fitness video presenters and this guy is kind okay. How should I be inputting this exercise into MFP? I have been selecting rowing with a moderate effort but I wish there was a total gym selection or a way to add an exercise. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
