Plateau and metabolism (keto)

So I've basically been dieting since I was 14. I was 15st10 down to 11 then back to 13st when I was 19. When I was 19 I started dieting again and gone from 13to 11.

I've found my favourite diet of keto(low carb high fat. Currently 10stone 5. But it's getting harder and harder to lose weight. I know it's because I'm getting smaller but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice.

I do 2 Cardio(HIIT) per week and 2 strength training per week.
1400 calories per day. Before keto I done fasting and before that it was Purley calorie controlled.

I don't know if my metabolism has slowed down so much because I'm contantly dieting or becasue I'm getting smaller.

Really need some great advice :) x

    Which comes out to be :

    * 1357 kcal Goal, a 30% deficit. (722 min, 1938 max)
    * 20g Carbohydrates
    * 93g Protein (70g min, 115g max)
    * 101g Fat (30g min, 165g max)


    I have to re-do it every so often when I loose weight.


    Are you doing something like this and still not loosing?
