Keto Diet and muscle gain

I am currently working with a trainer and looking to lose body fat and lbs. After a month and a half of 50P/30C/200 diet I am on a keto diet at 50P/10C/40F. I have lost 1.5% BF and 10 lbs so my trainer moved me to keto to supercharge. Anyhow looking for males t add as friends on here to talk through progress, food lists, meal ideas etc. Add me.
