Running advice?

Hi guys! First post.

I have been running for the last 7 weeks slowly building up my distance. I had been into running briefly a few times before and one time for several months and what I had remembered from this is that you have to build it up slowly (trying roughly to stick to the 10% rule).

So I am now running 3 times per week and this week I ran 10.55km in total. The trouble is at the moment because of my work I cannot run Monday-Thursdays and so I am doing my runs consecutively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This situation will be changing in the next 6 weeks and I will be able to spread my runs out more evenly through the week. In the mean time though does anyone have any advice?

Would I be better off dropping back down to two runs per week while keeping the distance the same?

How do you feel? If your body feels good there's no harm in running back to back days. Just be sure to take it easy.
