Ok long story short... wrong shoes for long activity. This weekend have an event showing off my feet. Feet covered in blisters. One the size of a quarter on the ball of my right foot. Little ones all down the side and bloody heels.

Been massaging petroleum jelly in them for 2 days. Any other tips on making them heal faster and removing the scars.
