How's it going, MFP?

Good morning (or whatever time of day is appropriate). I'm the_joy_of_fitness, but you can call me Sam. It's a pleasure to meet you.

My goals right now (besides general fitness of course!) are to be able to run a marathon and drastically improve my upper body strength. I also want to eliminate junk food from my diet, though that's going to be a much longer process.

I can't wait to meet you all. :)

    Hi Sam. Nice to meet you. I am a climber training for an expedition in Sept. Using MFP to lean out. Pls add me. I am 55 days in.
