Hi
I use a pedometer to record the steps i take at work as i cannot carry my phone on me. As it is a basic one that doesnt link to any apps is thers anyway i can add this activity in MFP?

So I was recently given a fitbit, and in looking into my concern about accuracy, I found that you can calculate your own stride length. You just walk a known distance and then divide that by the number of steps you took to find out the length of each step. I suppose you could do that and then use the result and the number of steps you take each day to calculate your distance. Then you could estimate a speed and enter it here as walking.
Seems like there's an easier way I'm overlooking, but that's all I can think of right now.0 -
Thanks for that. I will give it a go as my pedometer does give ne the distance walked, its just not all in one go.
